You agree to be solely responsible for defending any Claims against or suffered by us, subject to our right to participate with counsel of our own choosing.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. You agree that, to the extent applicable and expressly subject to the dispute resolution provisions below, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, Canada in circumstances where these Terms permit litigation in court.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and disclaim all implied licenses.
