That means when we buy a company we give the Founder a dream, all-cash exit, and we also take care of their team and customers. FOUNDER, CEO
Kevin is the Founder and CEO of SureSwift Capital. His passion for personal relationships and driving business results are at the heart of SureSwift’s impressive growth to date. Prior to founding SureSwift, Kevin was a Vice President at Cerner Corporation, a global Healthcare IT firm. In his 15 year tenure at Cerner, Kevin held positions in sales, sales leadership, operations, general management, and client management, eventually becoming one of the youngest Vice Presidents in the company’s 35-year history.
Tony Di Sarli
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Tony is the Chief Operating Officer of SureSwift Capital, responsible for running our day-to-day operations while making sure they align with our vision and values. He works hand-in-hand with CEO Kevin McArdle to ensure we’re maximizing the company’s potential. Prior to joining SureSwift, Tony was the Chief Strategy & Integration Officer within the Volaris Group. In his time with Volaris, Tony held positions in strategic planning, strategy and transformation, general management, organizational development, and leadership. He brings with him deep knowledge of operationally growing companies within the software acquisition industry while maintaining a healthy and positive culture.
Tom Kincheloe
VP REVENUE
Tom has a history working with SaaS companies to grow and scale, while improving efficiency through optimization and process improvement. Tom has consulted for brands like Yodle and GoDaddy, and also with numerous bootstrapped SaaS companies. He has a passion for travel, and spends a significant amount of time exploring the world with his wife and children. This exposure to the unknown provides challenges that translate well into communication and problem solving skills in the SaaS space.
Amy Stewart
VP PEOPLE
Amy oversees HR, recruiting, benefits, and culture initiatives that support SureSwift’s fast-paced growth. With a master’s degree in communications, she also leads the People side of the organization, which includes the growth of the team. Prior to SureSwift, Amy was part of the Consulting Organization for Cerner, a global healthcare IT firm, where she managed several projects in the U.S. and Canada. In her early career, Amy worked in marketing and public relations for pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and nonprofits.
Jim Bartek
VP TECHNOLOGY
Jim has 15 years of experience developing and architecting solutions for startups. Jim has worked at companies such as SomoAudience, DirectResponse Technologies, CivicScience, and SugarCRM, and also numerous early-stage startups. He has a passion for simple solutions.
Jared Huff
VP FINANCE
Jared oversees finance at SureSwift, putting his extensive experience in valuation, business analysis, and financial modeling to work across our growing portfolio. Prior to joining SureSwift, Jared was the Chief Financial Officer at Riivos and held a senior finance role at Russell Investments. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
Chris Reedy
VP ACQUISITIONS
Chris leads the acquisitions process at SureSwift, recruiting new founders to our portfolio and ensuring a smooth sales and transition process. A business builder with experience in venture capital, consulting, and as an entrepreneur, he has an MBA with a focus on finance, IT, and business development. Prior to working with SureSwift, Chris was a Venture Partner at Royal Street Ventures, building high-growth companies with seed and early-stage venture capital.
Marvin Russell
HEAD OF GROWTH
Marvin is the Founder of MySiteAuditor, a SaaS acquired by SureSwift Capital in 2016. Prior to MySiteAuditor, Marvin was the CEO of The Ocean Agency for 12 years, a boutique digital marketing agency in Chicago, IL, where he worked with startups, small businesses, and some of the biggest brands in the world. Marvin’s agency and SaaS experience provide a perfect fit to lead the growth initiatives of our digital team.
