Our mission

We create dream exits for founders so they can move on to their next great idea.

This is what gets us out of bed in the morning. Because while there are a lot of reasons for a founder to sell their business, we find the most common is a new project they want to focus on. But, they also want to find the best home for their customers and their team before moving on.

Our Founder-Friendly Acquisition Approach

Our business model is based on the long-term growth of our portfolio.

So, when we buy a company, we take care of its team and customers. Our goal is to provide both with opportunities that might have been unavailable to purely bootstrapped founders.

How? We’ve learned what works and we’ve developed a thorough and transparent transition timeline and turnover guide to take the stress out of the sales process. (In fact, our sales are so smooth, they usually take place without a broker — which means more money in the founder’s pocket).

We also have a remote team of people around the globe with expertise in product management, UX and development, and marketing ready to put their knowledge and skills to work on new products. And we invest profit from our portfolio back into our businesses, to do things like expand features, attract new customers, and ensure existing customers’ happiness.

The Founders Squad

Sometimes founders who sell us a business want to stay engaged, and we love that.

These founders get to tap their passion and help SureSwift companies succeed by putting their expertise to work on specific challenges within portfolio companies. As a result, the companies excel, the brand grows, and the founder group becomes a tightly-knit team, forging relationships that last a lifetime.
