Working with us
As an employer, we pride ourselves on being a calm, remote-first company that puts people first.
Since we’re both growing the companies we own, and acquiring new ones, we’re hiring for new remote roles pretty much all the time.
Our focus is on bootstrapped SaaS products that are profitable, growing, and loved by their customers.
Selling to Us
We’re not flippers or a traditional Private Equity company — when we buy a business we intend to hold it and grow it. That means when we buy a company we give the Founder a dream, all-cash exit, and we also take care of their team and customers. Our goal is to provide both with opportunities that may not have been available to self-funded Founders.
If you’re thinking about selling your SaaS in the next 12-24 months, we’d love to be on your radar and you can rest assured that we don’t believe in hard pitches or pressure to sell.
A Founder-Friendly Sales Process
We know you’ve spent years (and probably some blood, sweat, tears, and your own dollars) building your business. We’ve spent years developing a Founder-friendly sales process to make sure your sale and transition are as stress-free as possible, and that we’ll be set to take care of your product, customers, and your team for the long haul.
